How Couples Become Roommates
Feel more like roommates than partners? Learn why couples drift apart and how to save a relationship before disconnection turns into...
Discreet, results-focused therapy for high performers, men who carry everything, and couples who have built a life together and want to feel like partners again.
Many of my clients aren't in crisis. They're capable, accomplished people who have noticed a gap between how life appears on the outside compared to how it feels on the inside - and want it closed.
You don’t have to keep ignoring the discomfort or carrying it alone. Therapy is a space to be honest, slow down, and make sense of what’s really going on, so you can figure out what comes next with clarity, not pressure.

For executives, founders and physicians who have hit every mark and still feel restless. Step out of performance mode without losing your edge.

Calm, direct and depth-oriented. I don't do surface-level conversation or generic advice.
I was raised in Franklin, trained at Lipscomb University, and have spent my career helping capable people untangle the pressure, patterns and unspoken questions beneath the stress. Clients describe me as thoughtful and grounded, with a dry sense of humor that makes hard conversations easier.
When a patient tells me work has taken over their life, John is the first name I give them. He is direct, steady and genuinely invested in results.
